Simple Maintenance Tips to Keep Your Machine Running for Years
Daily checks
Wipe dust and paper scraps from the die and the bed after each shift. Check that nuts and bolts are tight and that nothing is loose on the heating or pressing parts.
Weekly checks
Grease the moving parts as advised in the machine manual, inspect belts and wires, and check oil level and leaks on hydraulic models.
When quality drops
Rough edges, torn plates or uneven shape usually point to a worn or dirty die, wrong temperature or loose settings. Fix the cause early instead of running the machine through the problem.
